Managed Network Services (MNS)

If you have a question about a District Office connectivity status, want to have someone check the circuit for possible errors or would like to open up a trouble ticket on a possible TLS problem reported by one of the District Offices please call:

When you call, you must identify yourself as Intermediate Unit 18/19 and that you are an ETMS customer. When calling about a circuit, provide the DNS entity name and/or the full street address for the circuit you are calling on.
